"Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!"

"Fint hotel. God beliggenhed"

"Excelente aparta hotel cómo limpio céntrico y que está muy bien hubicado cerca de la avenida paulista , cuenta con desayuno y un restaurante en sus instalaciones"

"The property is in a very good location thats close to everything and its nice and clean. This part of town is kinda busy and not so much on the quiet side but it was still a very nice and new space. I would stay here again because the prices are very reasonable."

"We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good."

"Excellent well located hotel. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, easy walk to the centre."

"El Matiz Manhattan es un Apart-Hotel Urbano (o Flat Corporativo) de categoría 4 estrellas. Pero que para mí es 5 estrellas. Me encantó 🇧🇷💚💚💚y volvería a él. Lo recomiendo!"

"Great location, good dining options, friendly staff."

"Udmærket hotel."

"The hotel is in a good standard with very friendly and helpful staff. However, lacked in maintaining the facilities that were probably very good 20 years ago. The room and hotel were clean but state of flooring and bathroom was poorly maintained. Biggest shock was the door frame that was breaking apart when opening/ closing the main doors- quite a shock when staying in São Paulo where safety should be one of the priorities."

"Godt hotel og den ligger i et godt nabolag. Savnede at man kunne sidde på solterressen, men lækkert hotel med dejlige store værelser. Intet at klage over. "
