"大浴場（女性風呂）についてですが、21時半頃に利用させていただきました。まだ閉館時間の23時前にもかかわらず、洗い場の片側がすでに閉鎖されていました。また、22時半頃には、ドライヤールームも使用中にも関わらず閉鎖されてしまいました。 閉館は23時ではないのでしょうか？もしこれがガトーキングダムさんの方針であれば、仕方のないことだと思いますが、少し早すぎるように感じました。 あとは、部屋の床に大きめのビーズ(前回利用者の落とし物？)が落ちており、本当に清掃しているのか？とも思いました。 それ以外は満足です。ご飯も美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございました。"

"We had one room with four beds for our family. Nice and clean, good service and help from staff, on the slopes with gondola right in front, nice ski valget service and Onsen for after skiing and good hotel shuttle to the other towns made it easy to go out in the evening. Good little store at the hotel for snacks etc. Somewhat expensive restaurants at the hotel, but good options right next to in the small Village and via the shuttle to Hirafu. Overall quite expensive, but most is in Niseko and...

"The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!"
