"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Loved the view, hot tub, and pickle ball court. The staff was very attentive through text messages right before our arrival and Stephanie surprised us with a welcoming gift basket and balloons for our anniversary which made the stay extra special!"

"reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and we were checked into a smoking room with two double beds. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. A used condom wrapper was on the floor beside the bed. When I tied to opened the freezer, the microwave fell off of the top of the freezer and I was lucky to catch it. The shower was dirty, the mirror was smeared, the bed sheets looked dirty, and the curtain had a rip in it that people could look through."

"Wonderful hotel, our family with 3 teen/adult children loved the grown up bunk beds, the slide into the lobby, faux drinks from the bar and hanging out in the various relaxed seating areas. There's a diner on site and the beach is steps away. The pool looked wonderful and beautifully lit, (but is in the sight of every hotel room in case you are shy). Lots of wonderful dogs too! Hip music in the lobby but not too loud. We worried it would be too um, "liberal" for us but our hillbilly conservative...

"All rooms have oceanfront balconies. There are indoor pool and hot tub. Reception is efficient and helpful. Although no continental breakfast available, the coffee station at lobby is well stocked and easy. Free parking on premises. Convenient shopping nearby. "

"I will be staying at the AMAZING HOTEL in VA Beach from now own. loved Room 126- Loved the ducks at my patio door. Staff was so kind and nice. Loved watching the guest fish. Board Walk across the street from property. Carnival right there as well. Love this place!"

"Check in check out both quick, easy. Front desk Clerk was helpful, pleasant and help with any questions we had. All staff was hepful polite and went out of their way to help. Only thing that was with only 1 elevator working at times the wait was a little long. Also with the shops closing Tuesday and Wednesday was a disappointing since they were my shopping days.
