"Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Auch E-Autos können aufgeladen werden. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit PKW schnell erreichbar"

"Well used and tired. Carpet held together by tape, AC startet not giving heat then no cold. Other guests told us that the management had changed, and sins service had downhilled. Best eksempel is breakfasts, where things mentioned in flyer from the Hotel wasn’t there, or you had to constantly ask for it. There were a person on the floor in the breakfast area, but newer did she manage to refill butter, cutlery, bread, etc. before somebody asked after butter, and so on."

"Good accommodating staff. Decent location. Fair breakfast. Inclusive/handicap room had a roll in shower but water got everywhere. This problem has been going on for a long time as the bathroom door jamb was waterlogged and wicked up water."

That being said, I hope this review helps management dial in on clear issues. Let’s stick with just the staff today, or lack thereof. I have never been to a hotel so low staffed, and you could tell on the conditions of the rooms, as well as the customer service received. These employees were done with everything....
