"The accommodation is lovely, it’s in its own little courtyard, which is accessed via the pub, which is a friendly establishment. The only downside is that in common with a lot of Ludlow, the kitchen closed at 7.30, which meant I bought a takeaway from the Chinese round the corner and they missed out on a food and drink order."

"The rooms are very comfortable, once you have passed through the hallway. The inn was quiet in the evening and convenient to the Iron Bridge and to the Bedlam furnaces. There are more nice walks across the river. Both the evening meal and the more-than-full English breakfast were excellent! "

"Breakfast: The handles on the serving cutlery was very hot when using it, because it was placed on the hot plate. Also the toaster was missing the tray, so the bread felt on the table. Just a little side note, some days the baked beans was a bit cold. Room 209: Very, very noisy because of the traffic from the street all day and night long. "
