"Beautiful, well equipped and presented accommodation and although the place is dog friendly it was very clean. "Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return."

"We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. "Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6."
