"We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did...

"The studio is lovely and well equipped. It was exceptionally clean. Including bathrobes added a touch of luxury. It was easy enough to find with the instructions provided. I recommend a walk along the bicycle path from the local recreation ground. "

"The location is outstanding! Right in the middle of Bath. The room is as in the pictures, however I think it is misleading that a picture indicates the roman the baths are part of the hotel, or that the hotel gives access to the roman baths. The sofa bed was probably the worst bed I have ever slept in. The main bed was better, but still way below standard. I asked for an extra pillow, but was ignored. "I work nights so don’t really get to see anyone but all amenities are here,fair amount of road noise but that’s down to me working nights not the fault of property "

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "

The host communicated well with us giving us information on all we needed to do for check in etc. also there was a detailed property guide giving tips on places to eat and drink to how to use appliances.
