"Great location for the purpose of my trip"

"When I arrived, there was one staff member that was not pleasant. I had called earlier and was told I could use the same room for both nights. When I was talking to the other front of house worker she interrupted and said ‘no you can’t have that room two nights in a row!’ Did not give a reason as well. I asked why and she said all the rooms were booked. I thought she could have been pleasant and apology for intr"

"The location was easy to find. The underground parking is fabulous. The staff and amenties were great!!"

"A warm welcome set the scene for a delightful stay. A pleasant room, secure parking for my classic car and close to parklands and shopping made for a great stay. The room had everything one needed, was clean and comfortable."

"I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok."

"This is a hotel in a relatively small country town. The room was neat and clean and had everything we needed for a one night stopover. bathroom was very well presented as was the room. The bed was very comfortable. Space was always going to be a a problem - but we though overall the accommodation was good, serviceable and fulfilled our needs. "
