"Our stay at Bala’s home was wonderful. The location right on the river is perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very close drive to the National Park and Front Royal. The home is updated nicely and amenities are well stocked, above average kitchen supplies from the typical vacation rental. Do note that there are no tvs in the bedrooms which we appreciated but some may not. Overall it was great. "

"We have stayed at numerous townhomes in this community. This was by far our favorite and the one we will book from now on! This unit was beautifully remodeled, decorated nicely without being overly cluttered and had great extras. The balconies were clean, the video game machines were cool, the walk to the water was perfect. The other units we stayed at don't have stairs leading to the docks. This one did. That made the daily trips to the water way easier. We loved that this was in a cove...

"This was an excellent place for on overnight stay near Staunton. The cottage was neat and efficiently laid out, and the free ranging chickens were a delight. Far enough away from downtown Staunton that you felt like you were in the country but close enough to get to the theater in less than ten minutes."

"First, the house was well equipped and very nicely appointed. It is a very comfortable house to kick back in. Communication from the owners was exceptionally clear and they went out of their way to answer question I had.Second, location is great. Its on the road to Blue Ridge tunnel and it's a quick hike to the entrance. It's also a stone's throw from 151 and all its vineyards and breweries. Highly recommend...."
