"Room was clean, check in was easy. Rooms are NOT soundproof as advertised. Woke up to arguing/hollering in the stairway at least three times the first night. Once it was so loud and heated I got out of bed to get my phone in case we needed to call 911. Homelessness is a HUGE UNADVERTISED issue downtown.
