"This farmhouse is huge and very well appointed. The photos on the listing are accurate. Plenty of beds. Common spaces are comfy, and the outdoor gazebo and pool area are very nice. Kitchen has all you need. The property is very quiet and private. Wifi is slow, but hopefully you don't have to do any work while you are enjoying the beautiful home!"

"Family trip to see Shenandoah National Park. Property is perfect location to park and to Elkton. Private and secluded. My son fished every day and caught every day. Enjoyed the canoe as well. Washer and dryer super handy after all day adventures! Had a couple of things needed help with and the host was extremely responsive! Comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out inside and outside!"

"The farmhouse was very clean, beautifully decorated and truly welcoming! We spent many hours on the rocking chairs on the back porch looking at the beautiful mountains. There were homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived which were delicious. We had a very nice visit in Luray. So glad we picked this rental."

It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive into town and just as close to the caverns. The owner lives next door and was very attentive to anything we may have needed which was great. "We needed a place for family to gather while coming and going from Lynchburg and Liberty University. The size of the home and the setting were great! We had plenty of elbow room and loved seeing the goats and donkey and a wonderful walk through the orchard. The drive into Lynchburg was easier than expected, but this location is definitely off the beaten path and meant once you get back to the house you stay. The bathroom needs some TLC and upkeep.
