Private ferieboliger i Shenandoah

"This was a great space for our girls getaway! An easy drive to Shenandoah National Park for hiking and views. The house was well-stocked and nicely decorated. We would stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved staying here. The Hobbit House is so cool! It's full of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings-themed decorations. The whole thing is very whimsical, especially the canopy bed. The hot tub was nice even in summer. Lots of wildlife around too. The property was fun to explore with our dog. Riverbank Farms is down the road so we picked up some sausages and they were the best we've ever had. We chose this area for our vacation because it's so close to Shenandoah National Park. "Amazing property. Matches pictures. Host is responsive. Thank you for sharing your property. We would stay here again!"

"No River Access, no way to use kayaks, no king bed. First the property is very nice and clean. Had all the tools and supplies we would need. Problem was there was a king bed listed. There was only the queen and bunk beds. I am 6'6" so this was a selling point over other houses. Also there was no River Access to use the kayaks or go fishing. I was told to go on another property to get there, nope. They also spring on me after I booked it was 150 to rent the kayaks, very expensive. Also note that...

"Lovely location on the river. Fire pit, screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY."

"This is a breath taking property. There was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids and the direct access to the river was by far the best part of our stay. My only constructive criticism would be focusing on the cleanliness of the hot tub and that not all of the tubes, kayaks and paddles were usable, but we made do. Overall, this lovely place and would recommend!"
