"Fabulous property! Extremely well stocked from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, and outdoor space! Our group had a blast from being outside and using the paddle boards and canoe, to being around the kitchen island talking and eating! Would absolutely stay here again! Jodi was a great host!"

"Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. "Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host. "

"Nice small cabin on water, Great location, can access ATV trails and a couple close restaurants/bars.. Great communication with host and she made sure we had what we needed and that we understood what we needed to do."

"Me and my husband were looking for a nice quiet place away and we learned that's exactly what we got! Very little traffic on the road, you felt like you were the only ones around. I would definitely go back but when we arrived there was a for sale sign. It's a wonderful place to stay. And I hope we can go back next year!"

"The pictures and description of the property are exactly what you get. Place was comfortable, the loft with extra bed was cozy with a pretty view. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. Loved the speaker system which was set to a great country station that was on so all we had to do is turn the little knobs around the house. We really enjoyed our stay."
