"Very nice modern hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beds were quite comfortable with nice linens. The cleanliness was impecable. Beautiful views of the harbor and even a little park along the water to relax. Location is great for a walk along the seawall or quick walk to downtown food and shopping. Only minor thing was that the AC didn’t seem to coordinate with the thermostat and was a bit warm set at even 68!
Would stay here again and definitely recommend! "

"Stayed one night and it was great! Free upgrade to our room, valet parking was the same price as self parking. The food at Aura was amazing and all the staff was super friendly! Easy walk to downtown Victoria, about 15 minutes by the water. "

"Such a sweet and special spot! The room was clean and had what we needed to cook a few meals. The game room was delightful and our kids enjoyed borrowing a dvd to watch in the rooms. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the hotel's proximity to so many activities; Parliament was just down the street! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Wish we could have stayed longer than one night! The hotel is a short walk to the harbor and close to all main attractions & restaurants. We arrived early & were greeted by Arlene, who was so welcoming & helpful! She took our bags, marked a map with many great recommendations and even pulled some strings to get our room ready early. Great experience, we will return!"
