"The hosts gave us the room and code for a remote check in when our train kept getting later and later. The decor is simple and very cute. It was hard to get an Uber late at night from the train station in Mt Vernon. Best bet is to try both Uber and Lift but we did wish we’d just rented a car as we would have explored the area more."

"This inn is a beautifully located, wonderfully quiet and restful location near North Beach, 1 mile away from the shops and restaurants of Eastsound. "Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. "Spacious 2 bedroom with a full fridge, stovetop, microwave and sink. Remember to bring your own cooking ware and dishes if you plan to cook! Bathroom was really nicely updated. Room was overall clean (couple of dusty corners). No AC if that’s something you need (but Anacortes is a very mild climate so we enjoyed having the windows open). Great location especially to get to the ferry to the San Juan’s."
