"We enjoyed our stay very much. We were exhausted after 9 hours of driving. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the property was beautiful. It is near the highway yet it feels remote. Will definitely stay again."

"I was looking for a quiet place to stay near many different outdoor adventure destinations, and found it here. My host provided helpful instructions to prepare me for my stay, and the guide book in the guest house had valuable information on local area attractions."

"Everything was wonderful! The host had great communication and everything went smoothly. Any questions we had she was quick to answer. The hot tub and pool were clean and we enjoyed using both. Would highly recommend!!"

"No spa. Pet friendly. "

"We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time."

"This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental."

"I had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location.Just a few small suggestions that could make future guests' stays even better:The baking sheet provided didn't fit inside the oven, so it wasn't usable. The Wi-Fi was fairly spotty at times, which made it difficult to rely on for work or streaming. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, so adding a small clothing rack or a few more hanging options would be a nice improvement.Overall,...

"Sweet place. Easy to find. Loved the outdoor area."

"Everything was lovely. Will stay again and recommend :)The one thing that wasn’t great, is the neighbor across the alley was smoking and it was coming into the cottage. Also the podcast he was listening to was a bit creepy.Thank You We Had A Nice StayJeff & Teri"

"Pros:• Great location. I walked around downtown, and frequented Lower Park. It's a lovely neighborhood with wide streets and tons of trees.• The fan in the living space and the shade around the bungalow kept the temp really manageable without having to blast AC on the 92 days I was here. • It's comfortable and cute inside. Great for my solo lounging activities. The theme/decor is fun and adds dimension, and I appreciate the various spaces to put stuff (shelf, trunk, dresser, etc), and room to...

"The host was fine. The room was ok at best.I would not rebook at 1/2 the rate.Just not what was expected. Must be old listing pictures.Less than desired for the rate."

"Ideal location, close to park and downtown"

"We loved this place. Clean rooms, cute setting. Overall it was a great time, we hope to come again."
