Nice and clean, good service and help from staff, on the slopes with gondola right in front, nice ski valget service and Onsen for after skiing and good hotel shuttle to the other towns made it easy to go out in the evening. Good little store at the hotel for snacks etc. Somewhat expensive restaurants at the hotel, but good options right next to in the small Village and via the shuttle to Hirafu. "This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...
