"Amazing appart hotel, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped, super helpful staff and good location"

"Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

"Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up."

"Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future."

"Excellent and well Located hotel in a great area."

"The location wasn’t the best but if u take cab around it’s fine. The breakfast is awful, don’t bother wasting stomach space. Overall, it’s a decent hotel."

"好"

"房間煙味很重，久久不散。空調温度調不了。服務員態度很好。"

"The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel."

"風筒太舊款了，不好用，跟新酒店不太配合，其他都滿意的。"

The facilies are certainly not lacking and at times may seem a bit too glamourous, even. The staff are proficient at English and perfectly understandable, which for China is a huge plus."

"The hotel rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. However, my experience at the breakfast venue was deeply upsetting. While I was simply sitting and eating my meal, a group of Chinese guests suddenly started shouting at me from behind, clicking their tongues, and aggressively gesturing and pointing at me. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely frightened and threatened. I truly wish they would reflect on why their behavior faces criticism globally. It was a very sad...

"壁が薄いのか、となりの部屋の音が気になった。その他設備面は非常に清潔で満足。"
