"Really lovely cottage, it's a bit isolated but really this is also probably one its positives as you can disconnect and relax. The cottage is a very good size, the beds are big and comfy and the owner is very welcoming.Great for dog owners as there are gate on the stairs and a fenced garden if you want somewhere for your dog to relax.Would highly recommend"

"We left after first night (book 2 nights) due the cottage was very wet and cold, luckly we were able to use the fire wood stove."

"The cottage was perfect for our needs and Vicki was a great host. We have a bit of a nervous doggy but Vicki kept her dogs out of the fenced area while we were there so there were no issues there. Loads of beautiful walks in the area, perfect for the doggo! The cottage has a great little kitchen with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are excellent."

"This cottage is centrally located for some great walks. It is located at the top of a high street with locally owned businesses and a CoOp. It is extremely quiet despite being next door to a pub and near the shops. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone could need for a self-catering accommmodation. The washer and dryer were a big bonus!"

"Fabulous holiday home, in a great location with fantastic amenities. The house was spotless. We had a lovely vase of flowers on arrival along with tea, Coffee, sugar, milk and some chocolate biscuits.(Maybe would have been nice to have Salt and pepper) We had an amazing stay, the beds were all very comfy. The bathrooms were great too. We were so close to town and were lucky enough to have been there for the festival. I would recommend this house for any large groupsThe town has lots of lovely pubs...

"A well equipped, comfortable house. The owners were very helpful."

"The property was beautiful and the home was immaculate! We could not have been happier and wish we could have stayed longer. If we are fortunate enough to come back we will definitely book again. Thank you so much!"

"House very close to park and beach"

"This is a lovely little hidden place and hosts are super. Highly recommend. You will need a car or a bike, but you will be in the area for the loveliness of the New Forrest."

"Returning to Upper Vobster Farm is always a great joy, with its many blooming roses and its variety of flowers, flowering bushes and shrubs, lush trees and greenery along the many walking paths. The energy felt there is very settling and vibrant. LM"

"Stunning location, nice little cottage and very attentive hosts. Attentive, but not overly so!"
