"We found the place very comfortable. The Living Room / Kitchen area downstairs & all bedrooms bathroom upstairs was interesting. We had a few questions initially that Owner answered promptly. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. There was a super cute child’s bed quaintly tucked away in a closet area which we did not use but it was a great use of the space. I also really enjoyed watching the planes land off in the distance at the Airport in the evening. A lot of space for a great rate. "

"Great house! Will definitely stay here again. The house was equipped perfectly for a group like us. We ate out in beautiful Ashland, but we all cook too, so the house was perfect for home chefs also. We were barely home because we did see several plays, but while here, we loved it! Caveat for anyone staying here. Definitely a secret to locating the address. I absolutely recommend asking the owner for explicit directions. Coming in, late at night, after driving all the way from So Cal, was rough!...

"Nice, large house, ample parking. We really enjoyed the family room and dining room that accommodated all of us as well as other visiting family members. Our family had a wonderful time. Appreciated that pets were allowed. Backyard was huge. Had small issue with goat heads, but still a nice area for dogs to use. House close to all shopping. "

"We stayed one week. Property is nicely located in a residential neighborhood. It is very easy to go to all of the shops and then take tours with this home being your home base. Check in is a breeze. Be aware that VRBO isn't that good about contacting owners if you send them a message so try and contact the owners yourself if you have any questions. The home itself was very clean and well kept. A gardener came to do yard work one day which was nice. There's a little backyard with a table and...

"This house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood but really centrally located to surrounding amenities. A beautiful and clean home - love the way it is decorated!! Jill was a great host. Her response time to any communication was almost instant."

"This house is a home away from home. The home is back on the lot so it was quiet and secluded. The yard was lovely to relax. The home was well supplied and very clean. Beds were comfortable. One note, it is a single story home and very easy to navigate (we had a wheelchair guest), but the back two bedrooms (primary and one guest) have a step down. Otherwise, it was a great stay and the host was extremely helpful with adjusting our stay. "

"Enjoyed this nice house and yard on the Rogue river with my 75 year old mother . She loved the river view from her bed ! . Very relaxing stay watching the river pass by out the glass doors of main room as we sipped coffee and cocoa ( it was a little too chilly to stay outside ) . Super easy access to Medford airport , which was important to us . Easy and great contact with the owners when we had questions / concerns . Response was quick and polite and genuine . Would definitely recommend for...
