"Room was not clean bathroom Was not clean dirt and hair all over the bathroom. Sheets were stained Tv didn’t work the first night we arrived"

"Booked a king room. My husband and I were put into a double room because “a few of the king rooms weren’t cleaned and housekeeping was gone.” We were there multiple nights.
