It is within an easy driving distance from most wineries in the Bordeaux area and charming villages in the Dordogne. Overall a great location to stay at. "We absolutely loved the place, we where 6 people and 2 dogs. The dogs where in heaven playing in the huge fenced garden, and the kids where loving the pool area. The service from Maurice was at all times perfect, quick answers and really friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. Maurice was also very helpful with markets and especially the Tuesday night markets for local farmers in Laparade is well worth the small drive.
