Morgenmaden var fremragende, professionelle folk. Hotellet lå lidt langt væk fra centrum, der blev ikke tilbudt vand på værelset, det burde være inkluderet prisen.

Fint hotel i udkanten af Sevilla. Der er ikke meget at se i omegnen, men pool på hotellet gjorde at vi hyggede os. Morgenmaden var ok, men vi var meget forundret over at man valgte at lave smoothies med maskine midt i restauranten, således det larmede helt vildt og gjorde at det ik var særligt hyggeligt at sidde der. Hotellet udenpå ser slidt ud, men interiør og indvendige vægge osv var fine.

Ikke længere værd at besøge
Det er faldet væsentligt i kvalitet siden vi sidst var på hotellet i 2019. Vinduerne og fugerne omkring vinduer er på ingen måde tætte længere, om vi havde vinduet åbent eller lukket gav præcis lige så meget trafikstøj - som virkelig var meget. Morgenmadsbuffet er nærmest uspiselig. Det første sted vi nogensinde har prøvet at få HELT tørt scramble-eggs?! Og de kan heller ikke længere finde ud af at lave et spejlæg - der er en uspiselig hinde på undersiden, hvordan er det muligt? Lyden i morgenmadsbuffet er uuholdelig, du kan dårligt nok føre en samtale henover bordet. Ikke et besøg værd længere, desværre.

Vi blev booket ind på et fint værelse, men måtte skifte da der viste sig at være mange myrer. Det nye værelse havde ingen lænestol, køleskab svært ved at lukke og der kunne ikke slukkes for varmen. Alt dette havde vi på det første værelse. Vi følte os til besvær over at skulle skifte værelse, og følte det som en nedgradering. Der var ingen kompensation for det besvær vi havde i forbindelse med værelsesflytning. Dejlig morgenmad, dog meget lang kø ved kaffeautomaterne.

Et rigtig fint hotel beliggende lidt udenfor centrum. Umiddelbart ingen restauranter lige omkring hotellet. Men nemt at komme til centrum med fx Uber / 6- 8 euro..Hotellet blev primært valgt pga. ønsket om en stor pool pga den høje temperatur i juli. Fin pool med masser af solsenge og skygge. Hotellet virker lidt slidt men super værelser- men ingen altan.Morgenmadsrestauranten er fantastisk. Stille og rolig familiehotel

Lækkert ophold. Pænt og rent hotel. Cocktail baren havde dog lukket under hele opholdet? Gode muligheder for at leje cykler, løbehjul etc. Så man kunne være i centrum på 10-15 min. Ligger godt placeret distancemæssigt fra lufthavnen.

Det var et rigtig godt ophold, personalet var meget hjælpsom om imødekommende. Både når spørgsmålene handlede om oplevelser i Sevilla eller om ting på hotellet. Det kan tilføjes at rengøringspersonalet var meget grundige både på værelserne og det øvrige hotel

Hotellet var rigtig fint, Maden nede i resturanten var bestemt ikke særlig godt i forhold til hvad vi havde håbet på og måtte sende en ret retur 3 gange.

Masser af plads på dette hotel
Rigtig lækkert hotel med masser af plads i og omkring fællesarealerne. Lækkert udeområde med stor pool og bar. Indvendigt flere restauranter af høj kvalitet - både ala carte og buffet samt endnu en bar. Eneste minus er at du skal regne med 25 min. gang ind til centrum. Til gengæld god P-kælder.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel pool was absolutely delightful. Room was lovely and well sound proofed. WiFi works flawlessly. Food was ok, very bland and not much variety but cooked well and always hot.

Everything was good , except for dinner buffet they told us we could eat there at 9:40pm , however soon after we started eating they were closing down. Would have been nice if they had informed earlier.

It’s s convention hotel- well run but basically Betty impersonal. For us it was a mistake because it was too far out of town. It was an average property however the breakfast was really great. It was bit far from all the action of Seville historic town… you do need to take an Uber of taxi.

Not too many convenient dining options nearby within walking distance. The area in the immediate vicinity did not feel safe to walk at night, although we did not have any problems. Area has lots of graffiti and not many open shops or restaurants at night.

The check-in process was not good—the staff who check us in did not accurately looked at the names so we were given another person’s reservation who happens to have the same last name but different first name. The manager has to be called to correct the mistake.

Not what I expected from a 4 stars hotel, the room doesn't have basic amenities such as an iron or kettle, indeed if you want to use the iron they charge €5 per hour, and the fridge wasn't working and just two bottles of water in the room. The housekeeping was a very professional, helpful and lady. The food at the restaurant was ok but if you want a cocktail (something so basic like an aperol spritz) you have to wait until 19:00 when the cocktail bar opens, despite that they have the ingredients at their bar. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but there are some routes from the public transport near-by and few bars around the area. Not a very pleasant place in general for being at 4 stars.
