The Space:
This inviting two-bedroom villa is designed for relaxation and comfort. The primary bedroom on the main level features a plush king-size bed, ample closet space, and a charming walk-out balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Upstairs, the loft bedroom is cozy with a full-size bed and overlooks the stylish living area below.

The open-concept living room is tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil space to unwind. Whether you're binge-watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with access to streaming services or enjoying a quiet evening in, you’ll feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up homemade meals or create your favorite tropical cocktails.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to free parking in a large, shared lot next to the complex. Enjoy the beachfront swimming pool with plenty of loungers on the sundeck, ideal for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun. For those grill masters, there’s a BBQ area on-site, and the complex also provides coin-operated laundry facilities. We’ve included two portable beach chairs for guest use, making your beach days even more effortless. Traveling with little ones? There’s a pack-n-play crib available for children under 3.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located central to the popular area of Seven Mile Beach. There are plenty water sport activities available along the beach for the more adventurous types, and many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Camana Bay is only a short walk along a footpath, where you'll find boutique shops, a bookstore, ice cream parlours, a cinema, and many fantastic restaurants to enjoy a meal under the stars on the patio. There is also a large grocery store nearby.

Getting Around:
Local buses will stop anywhere flagged down at the side of the road in front of the complex. Most trips are $2 per person anywhere along West Bay Road. All taxi companies require a special license in Cayman, and fares can be a bit pricier. However, car rentals are one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get around and explore all the sites and beauty of Grand Cayman. Car rental companies are available upon arrival at the airport, but we recommend reserving in advance. Remember, driving is on the left hand side! No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any excursions, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**

Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of this season's hurricanes. Although the beach in front of the property is still accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
