Kroer i Settle

"We stayed for two nights and while the room could best be described as adequate, the public areas are spacious, clean and well-decorated. There’s a large car park; the food’s delicious and the staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Although the room was small and a bit dingy, we’d stay again simply because the people are so nice."

"Smuk beliggenhed. Enestående udsigt. Hyggelige værelser. God restaurant. Glimrende morgenmad. Mulighed for fine vandreture i området. "

"Wonderful location and lovely building. Staff were friendly & helpful, & food excellent!"

"We had a great stay at the Alma inn. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday during the Open at Royal Birkdale. This was the perfect place for us to commute to the Open, but also pull away from the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the landscape, the breakfast as well as the terrace for a drink and dinner in the lovely summer weather. The the staff was great. They helped us out arranging breakfast earlier than normal, so we could get to the Open. Can really recommend the place, also...

"Everthing spot on great staff banging breakfast"

"Excellent location near Lancaster, just off M6. Lovely pub, lovely breakfast too. Plenty of parking. Compact room, neat, tidy, good supplies. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee makings & small kettle. Only issue was room was really hard to ventilate, so was very warm (good for winter tho!)"

"Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend"

"We just stayed four nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the location of the property—not to far from Leyburn, Hawes, or Grassington. Good location for short and long walks or hikes. You can walk to the falls from the hotel, and there are footpaths if you want to walk to all three falls. That was fun. Just a quick drive to visit Bolton Castle—worth the visit. We enjoyed the breakfasts—nice selection of pastries, cereals and fruit. And, the selection of hot items on the breakfast menu was...
