"Vi boede på Karma Kandara i 3 dage som afslutning på vores ferie. Ved ankomsten var alt som forventet af et 5 stjerners hotel, men efterhånden viste manglerne sig. Værst var det at der kun var internet i receptionen og restauranten. Dette var grundet et lynnedslag 3 dage inden vores ankomst, og da det ikke virkede ved afrejse har det altså været ude af funktion i min. 6 dage. "We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. "Musty smelling pillow that was not replaced despite asking twice across two days. A lot of wear and tear on the furnishing within the villa. The garden and pool were great though. Staff also very friendly. "

"We felt very spoilt staying at Villa Sally - constantly surprised as we walked through the gate to our villa that it was all for just us! Facilities were top-notch, staff helpful but very mindful of your personal space and the location was ideal for us - away from the real hustle of Canggu but easy car rides away. "Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. "We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after.
