Lejlighedshoteller i Serangan

"Great"

"This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!"

"Room clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful."

"Not great location but great for what we paid "

"Ten out of ten"

The street sign is hard to see as there's a tree in front. The booking confirmation needs to have photo of the pharmacy out the front with directions to walk down the right hand side. The apartment I had could do with some extra amenities, face cloths/washers, cups in bathroom, somewhere to hang the pool towels etc. Overall, it's a great...

"Amazing"

"We had a wonderful stay at Citadines and would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very welcome. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Diah, who welcomed us at the breakfast buffet every morning. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine...

"Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Great for families too and supermarket and good restaurants nearby/ within walking...
