Guests have complete and private access to The Guesthouse and immediate vicinity. Guests have a designated walking path to the private beach, that will be used only by guests. Please respect the privacy of the long-term tenants in the third house. There is plenty of room, but please respect the "private property signs". Follow the trail to the Guest beach by looking for the yellow arrows and mowed path.

Although Uber and Lyft are in the area, it may be hit or miss. Please reach out if you'd like recommendations for a wine trail driver.
Please note: there is some walking required to get to the beach. The Guesthouse is 800 feet from water edge. While the path is meticulously cared for and an easy slope down, we want to make sure that guests are aware and able to traverse this distance. Many guests enjoy renting a golf cart for bopping around the property.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. If you bring a pet, there will be a $300 fine, and you will be required to remove the pet immediately.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of at least $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
★ SECURITY★
There are security cameras pointing at the driveways. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check the cameras if there is a concern.
★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee

**SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please bring your own lifejackets, beach towels and water shoes for the rocky beach. **
By confirming booking, you are accepting the liability waiver below.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
