Welcome to Villa Es Figueral, a Mallorcan jewel located in the village of Biniamar, in the municipality of Selva, Mallorca. This traditional stone villa, with completely renovated interiors, perfectly combines rustic charm with modern comfort, becoming the holiday rental of your dreams.



Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a beautiful courtyard presided over by a majestic olive tree that welcomes visitors with its timeless charm. The main door provides access to a spacious and bright living room, decorated with the best details that create a cosy and elegant atmosphere.



From the living room, to the left, is the modern kitchen, equipped with a central island, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments while preparing delicious meals. To the right of the living room, on the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, offering privacy and comfort.



Climbing the elegant floating stairs, to the left, we find another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Following the corridor, to the right, there is a twin room and, at the end, another twin room. These two rooms share a double bathroom with shower, perfectly located for the guests' convenience. The room at the back enjoys a private terrace with impressive views of the village and its emblematic church, a truly Mallorcan luxury that captivates anyone.



All rooms including the living room are equipped with air conditioning and Smart TVs, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!



Outside, the villa features a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden and comfortable furniture, creating the perfect space to enjoy the Mallorcan sun with family or friends.
