Please note that, being located in a village, the house has direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.

Step into this beautifully designed three-level home, where each floor offers private living space. Ideal for families or groups, the house features a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and modern bathrooms on every level.

On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic hob and all the essentials for easy meal preparation. This floor also offers two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An additional bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the floor.

The first floor continues the theme of comfort and privacy, with another stylish living-dining room, a second fully equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

On the top floor, the open-plan living-dining area connects seamlessly to a modern kitchen, creating a bright and inviting space. From here, you can access the upper terrace directly. This level also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

For added convenience, the home provides a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. Families traveling with young children can request a baby cot and high chair to make their stay even more comfortable.

Caimari is a small village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, in Mallorca, and is an ideal destination for those who are looking for a quiet and authentic place to enjoy the local nature and culture. For hiking enthusiasts, Caimari is the perfect starting point to explore the mountains, as there are several hiking trails starting from the village that will take you through forests and breathtaking landscapes. This village is well known for its olive oil production and every year the traditional olive oil festival takes place, where tastings of all kinds of olive oil are offered as well as typical dishes of the local gastronomy.
