"Our family stayed here in the 2 bedroom suites and it was so useful, clean, and aesthetic 😊 The staff also speak very good English and were able to help us navigate luggage delivery and transportation tips. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are also very big!! "
"Great hotel, if I return to Tokyo I would stay here again. Staff super nice, breakfast was great and they had iced coffee. Room had slippers and pajamas, nice tub with free amenities like bath bombs. A train elevator was at entrance to hotel making getting around easy. Sushi spot Kura in same building was great. Everything was clean and safe, sky tree area was our favorite district, weather seemed cooler than other areas in Tokyo. Check in and out was easy. Nothing but good things to say...

The hotel was also steps away from the train station so you couldn’t ask for a better location. The dining options were endless and convenience stores directly downstairs were great for the jet lag 3am food runs. "Nice hotel. Great view from upper floors. Amazing and kind service at entrance and reception. We tryede the breakfast buffet on 26th floor once (3600 yen per person). Nice experience but not worth the price and service level was not equal to the price. Pool access cost extra.

"First and foremost, the view from the hotel room is incredible, just WOW!😍 It is a super nice hotel for good money, it is really worth it. There is self check-in and check-out boxes, which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean! There is a convenience store and microwaves in the lowest floor with a space for eating, I liked it a lot, as it was super convenient! The Japanese public bath in the hotel was also very nice. Just 1 minute from the hotel there is a very nice and beautiful park (look at the photo) The next time I’m going to Tokyo, I will stay here again!☺️"
