"AC Marriott in Split is a quite new hotel some 1,7 km from the Stari Grad, all the restaurants and sights. It is situated in a not so charming neighborhood and the walk from the old town is long. The hotel itself is nice, adequate for a short stay. The gym is really nice, but staff there is over-zealous and correcting. This is also the case in the breakfast restaurant. When queing for an omelette you do not care staff to point out that there is more scrambled eggs. One coffee machine, frequently needing service does not cut it. Also, please make sure that the hot dishes are warm. And clear the tables, so guests do not have to help themselves. "

"Aircondition på værelset var ikke ikke særligt godt. Lille værelse og vi manglede en balkon. Man reklamere med adgang til strand og badehåndklæder. Det har de ikke. Så nået falsk reklame. Betjeningen var ok og morgenmaden var god. Men til den pris, så vil jeg hellere have booket et andet hotel, hvor man får det de man lover. "

"Alt er godt ved hotellet ingen problemer. Fantastisk udsigt. God røræg ved morgenbordet. Lækker strand med perlegrussten. Lidt skarpe, men så undgår man sand alle vegne. Dog, for få strandstole. Mangler en udendørs pool."
