"Worst check-in ever.
We had booked 2 Premium Rooms - Kingsize Beds - Partial Sea View.
When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked.
We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked.
That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation.
It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel."

"New Taksim Hotel has a great location, very convenient for accessing the lively Taksim area. It’s close to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby offering delicious food.
Like many other guests have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby school, but it's manageable. On a positive note, the hotel building withstood a 6.2 magnitude earthquake, which speaks well of its construction quality.

"Excellent stay in the Penthouse Apartment for 5 nights. Comfy beds, excellent showers/bathrooms and great air con. Very good location for getting around and near to some great bars and restaurants. 24 hour manned reception and they loaned us an Istanbulkart to load money onto for getting around on all transport."

"We spent one night at Triada hotel, where we arrived in the evening and we were welcomed in the reception with an easy check in and easy payment. There was a guy that helped us with our luggage too. One weird thing was that the hotel was separated in 3 buildings so we were escorted over to another building closer to the walking street and guided up to the 6th floor in the building with elevator. The room was cute and had an antique aesthetic. The view was beautiful of a church just next door. We could not hear any noise from the streets.
I was especially surprised over how big the bathroom was and how clean it was too.
Breakfast in the morning was also in another building on the top floor. Great breakfast - no complaints. It does not present a luxurious breakfast but it is a good breakfast for sure.
I would definitely not mind staying at Triada hotel again."
