"I was going to hold off reviewing this place until after things were solved with the property management. Apparently they are taking the stance of no refund despite the issues so here we go.
Do not expect the place to look like the pictures. This should be a no brainer but it was not even close.

"Staff were fantastic. The trappers tent was warm and comfy. There was some litter on our site when we arrived thay we cleaned up but otherwise was a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at Boswell Cabin West and had a wonderful time—perfect for a group or family of six. The cabin is peaceful and cozy, with no TV but plenty of board games. We spent most of our time on the patio, just soaking in the stunning mountain views. It’s close to great hiking trails, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. There’s a short hike or stairs to reach the parking area, but it’s well worth it. We can’t wait to come back and explore the Grotto and Echo Canyon hikes!

"The only negative thing we could comment on is that the underground parking space was not easy to locate and, when we did find it, there was NO WAY that we were going to fit our SUV in that space and be able to get out of the vehicle (!!)even though the car next to us was parked well within the lines. We ended up finding parking on the road outside so it was no big deal for us."

"Beautiful lodging in an area where there are mountains all around you. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults in a standard Queen room. The hotel lobby reception staff was wonderful every time we spoke to them (daily). Reception staff offered us suggestions on where to go and what to watch out for. If you request it, they can provide you with bear spray (free) for the day / duration of your stay. Nice pool and hot tub area with a sectioned off bbq patio with tables and chairs....
