"We had a very comfortable stay at island Time. The house is well set up, clean and very quiet. Caught salmon ( delicious ) at the local beach and looked for fossils in the rocks. Good location for arriving at Remarkable rocks early to catch the best light. Very happy with our stay here."

I chooser this place as it had water views in case the weather wasn't good while we were there and we;d have something to look at. "We visited from the US as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. We loved the remoteness of the property and seeing the kangaroo & echidna right out the window. If you’re a bird watcher, there is plenty to see! Accommodations were top notch. Excellent quality linens and really comfortable beds. We would stay again if visiting KI in the future. We brought all our groceries from Adelaide which worked out really well. Such a nice welcome tray of local from Yael, the host & we had to go...

"We loved staying at this property - so close to everything - and comfortable. A real home away from home. The only thing I would recommend is to provide extra towels. There were only one set for the week for us. I know we could have washed them - but we were on holiday! Who wants to do laundry?! Other than that, loved it!!"

"This was a wonderful property and would be very romantic for a couple however not really 2 couple suitable . The second bed was a sofa bed and not overly comfy. But otherwise the house was great. Very clean and beautiful view from the top deck. The tree near the bottom deck could use a trim. Watching the wildlife come up close to the house was also good. The fireplace makes the house beautiful and warm very quickly."

"I booked this house in the first week of school holidays for my children and their families to stay. A big family holiday. House is brilliant and provided an amazing entertaining areas that work well for large groups. Craig the groundsman is very helpful and met us when we arrived, gave a tour of the house, telling us how things worked etc. He also came back to help when phoned, topped up the wood for indoor fire when it turned cold and other little things that made the whole experience...

"This property made a perfect base for our trip to Kangaroo Island. The house had everything we needed and as host Julie included provisions we never would have thought would be included such as toiletries, coffee machine pods and lovely gifts. "Excellent accommodation, comfortable spacious house in a peaceful quiet location. Very well set up. Close to Kingscote, 15 minute drive and central location, easy drive to most sights on KI.
