Guests will find a master bedroom with a queen bed a second bedroom with a cozy bunk bed and pull out trundle, perfect for families or friends. This gem includes a recently renovated open format kitchen, game room adjacent to one of the florida rooms which has a full size pool table that can convert to a ping pong table. Outdoor activities include a fire pit, hottub, propane gas grill located in the boathouse and available water sport activities. A tandem Kayak with paddles and a peddle boat is available on site at the solar-powered private boathouse. This unique location is perfect for entertaining, family getaways and allows for pets as the large back yard is fully fenced in. The single bathroom features a bathtub, shower, basic toiletries and a hair dryer for added comfort. The living room has a two piece leather couch which can accommodate a single sleeper as well as wide screen tv with streaming applications. The large back Florida room has a sectional couch that can also accommodate a single sleeper. All rooms has flat screen tvs with available streaming applications. WiFi is available throughout the house and reaches the boathouse as well. There are so many spaces to relax, unwind and have fun as well as being conveniently located minutes from the International Sebring raceway.
