"I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit."

"August 11-14, 2025,Martin was great. My 3rd stay here. Martin and his wife are delightful and Lady dog is so friendly. Love being able to soend a few days away from the rat race and the freedom of a relaxing all natural atmosphere. I will mist definitely return for a 4th visit."

"This little treasure was so decorated so cute and located convenient to downtown and to restaurants. The lake was beautiful with a great sidewalk for taking stroll along lake. Lovely place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house exceeded expectations. It was decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The rope swing and volleyball net was a hit. It was a wonderful time and Nicole was great at communicating and very accommodating. We will gladly rent again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The house is super clean, with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics you need for cooking. There was so much to do that we only left the property to get groceries (10 min drive). The kids loved fishing in the lake and the pond behind the house, kayaking, playing pool volleyball, taking the pontoon paddle boat around the lake,...

"The house is nicely updated, great kitchen. Very clean and super easy to go back and forth to the Sebring Raceway. "

"We loved our stay at Kellie’s farm, the property is big and has a big pond or little lake at the back, the scenery looks like you’re somewhere in the wild side of Montana and feels like a grizzly bear can come out of the trees at any moment! Haha but it’s very safe, nothing to worry about. The farm has chickens, pigs, a calf, dogs, etc. if you love animals you will love this place for sure! We would definitely come back and we 100% recommend this place."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find a king sized bed as opposed to the queen size in the listing. We did see a couple baby roaches over the two days we were there. Also, the Wi-Fi was down when we arrived, but the host had it repaired very quickly. Overall, a nice stay. We would stay again."

"We have been doing this vacation every year for many years now. This year was the 1st year we moved to a new house. Between all our group we rent roughly 5 house around Lake June. This house was the perfect setup for our group. It provided ample space, had great lake access accommodating all the lake activities we love and had a great setup for the pool. Most days the family hung at our house during the day and the kids lived the pool and the opportunity to get out of the sun at times. Side...

"Used this for an overnight pitstop, would not recommend for more. - No service, the reception crew is basically just sitting there, they don’t seem neither particularly friendly nor interested in the guests - If you need anything in the room, you need to pick it up yourself at the lobby - Room was quite big and had nice view of the lake - Hotel is generally worn down and in need of some maintenance and paint - We didn’t even bother to get the included breakfast, we just assumed it wasn’t worth it based on the general, overall impression "

"Decent room, nice staff, but a lot of yelling, screaming and slamming the pool gate, and yelling from the next door rooms. Quite an experience "
