"The house is nice. It was clean and comfortable. I do feel the price was a bit high for the quality of the furnishings, materials, etc. Low end items look nice but aren’t very comfortable (e.g., couch and bed). The owner was nice and accommodating. Just felt a bit overpriced for what we got, otherwise 5 stars."

"The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover."
