Thank you for your note regarding your recent stay. I am sorry that you had so many issues which caused you some stress after your stay. A couple of points - the hotel does offer breakfast, sometimes in the Bookstore sometimes in Storyville, if we failed to communicate this to you, I am sorry. - Valet parking is 50/night plus taxes - this information is posted in every web site and also at the front door. The 25 destination fee is also listed on every web site and explained to you when you arrived. Yes, the hotel is a historic building, not sure what a pop sound insulation is, but we would have been happy to move you to another room without Pop sounds if you had asked - always happy to answer any questions and ensure that you have the best stay possible. I hope you will come back and give us another try soon!
