Spacious private studio room, private new bathroom, private entrance in the lake view house on north Mercer Island, near the trial, water, transit, easy access to I-90 and short commute to Bellevue and Seattle, large backyard with water view and outdoor furniture, grill



The Space:

One large room with private bathroom with it's own bathroom and separated entrance. Entrance is on the south side of the house before the fence door. The pathway to the entrance is a little tricky with hill.

Separated entrance on the South side of house before the fence door at the lower level

We’re available through the app or by phone.

For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks’ worth of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Guests staying beyond two weeks will need to purchase additional supplies.

For monthly stays, actual utility usage will be billed, and a deposit of $100–$400 is required.



One parking on the driveway, or pass way to the entrance has gravel slope, kitchen and laundry is available for limited use upon request.

The studio has it's private entrance, private new nice bathroom

It has a mini-fridge, microwave

Portable cooking stove only (no normal kitchen)

No laundry in the unit but can arrange it for regular use

Keyless entry code is provided for check-in and we are available if needed.
