On our last night in the hotel, we found a live baby mouse running around our hotel room while traveling with our 6-year-old child. This was shocking, disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel stay.
We notified the front desk immediately, around midnight expecting concern and assistance. Instead, we were met with rude, judgmental behavior. One staff member even accused us of being more concerned about a refund than the safety of our child—which was not only false and offensive, but a horrible thing to say to any parent dealing with a health and safety emergency.
We had to wake up our child in the middle of the night and relocate to another room. On top of that, one of the employees even recorded me without my consent, which felt retaliatory and completely inappropriate.
We plan to submit documentation, including photo/video evidence of the mouse, and we are seeking a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone—especially families or travelers who expect basic cleanliness, professionalism, and respect.
