We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
There are 2 cottages on the lot, Unit B is the one in the back. Both are completely private and don’t share any wall or other space.
Also, while the entire unit has no stairs/steps. There are at least 2 steps and a 10 meter walkway from parking area to the entry of the house.

*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance, no stairs inside. This is an one floor cottage. You need to go througt the front yard to get access to the entrance.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the living room, no other AC but only tower fans are provided in the bedrooms.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
