Georgetown is a small industrial neighborhood with a burgeoning art scene. Within a 5 minute walk is a great choice of restaurants and bars. The property is conveniently located between the airport and downtown, and only a block from the bus stop.

From the bus top a few blocks away you can take either the Metro 124 or 106 line to get downtown or the airport and line 60 that is a quick stop over to Beacon Hill, First Hill and Capitol Hill.

🤫 Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. This is one of four apartments in the building, so please be considerate of neighbors.

🐶 If staying with your dog (only one is allowed) please add them to the reservation (check the box "I am traveling with pets") which automatically adds my $60 pet fee to your trip total.

🐕 Dog policy: Please don’t leave pups alone if they bark/whine excessively. Blankets and covers are provided to help keep fur off furniture—thank you for helping us keep things tidy and minimizing allergens for future guests.

💳 This listing requires a refundable $250 damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a secure link (sent via email/guest portal) to provide a payment method for the deposit. No funds are collected at that time — the amount is placed on hold a few days before arrival and released within a few days of checkout, provided there's no damage to report.
