Beautifully designed 700 sqft Ballard Condo. All hardwood flooring. Condo is very quiet and very cozy! Stainless steel appliances. Bed is a Queen Size Layla mattress. Amazingly comfortable. Bedroom has blackout shades. Sofa acts as a futon and can sleep 2 comfortably. It opens into a full size mattress. 1 Serta Queen size air mattress available. I can sleep 6 sleep if you don’t mind a tighter fit. 5 definitely very comfortably. 1 free covered underground garage parking spot. Very safe and secure. Steamer and iron with ironing board in unit. Coffee maker with coffee on hand always. Filtered water. Marble counter tops. Lots of cozy blankets and pillows. 2 Smart TVs. Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Work desk with plenty of space. Washer and dryer in unit. Full kitchen with new appliances. Pack and play crib along with high chair in unit. Washer and Dryer new as well. You’ll have access to the rooftop lounge which is an awesome hang out spot inside and out! Great space to hang with your furry friends if they’re along for the visit too! Great views up there of the Cascades and Olympics! Full gym access as well. Truly a great destination for long term stays or short to enjoy Seattle with convenience and joy.
