"The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!"

"Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. "Great property! Lots of great spaces! We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night. Our host was very attentive and happy to assist any need. Location is perfect and close to beach, restaurants and the boardwalk! Great celebrations we had and family memories made! "The house was perfect for our group, and you simply cannot beat the view and location. I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. All bathrooms/showers were very clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was easy to work in, with large windows and doors to take in the view. The one feature I missed was an umbrella table for coffee on the upper deck in the morning. Communication was...
