"It was an amazing weekend everyone is so nice around. the house is older but beautifull place to stay with your family the beech is Absolutely amazing. Hope we can rent this special gem again in the future "

I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property."

"It's a cute house, just steps away from the beach. We had a great time enjoying all the sights around town and beach during our trip. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay...Our host was awesome and communicated with me about everything "

"We set out looking for a large house close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown that would house our group of 9 family style. This house fit our needs and was more than comfortable. It’s near all the major tourist stops (I highly recommend every stop in the Historic Triangle). Sadly the pool was not holding water well so it was unable to be used by our youngest kids - it’s not really large enough for the whole family and seemed to have been out of commission for a bit. "We had a wonderful time! This place is affordable, pet friendly, and just a few steps away from the beach (beach is in the back yard). It’s adorable & has a vintage traditional beach house feel! "The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn."

"The house was wonderful. The host took so many extra steps from coffee and all kinds of extras for the kitchen; there is a crock pot and mixer. There were spices and seasonings provided for all our needs for cooking. They provided beach chairs and towels and sandcastle making toys for kids. There was laundry detergent provided in the laundry room. This made it so convenient to take home clean clothes. We cannot say enough about neat the extras were. "My family stayed at this cottage while visiting the historical triangle. My kids absolutely loved fishing off the bridge and catching the tiny crabs around the property. I loved the amazing views and proximity to everything we needed. The homeowners were incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we needed to communicate. Highly recommend!! "
