Inside, the open-concept living space is thoughtfully designed for gathering and unwinding after a day on the island. The living room features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and large sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and connect seamlessly to the outdoor balcony. Coastal-inspired décor, warm wood accents, and calming neutral tones create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa. The dining area and fully updated kitchen provide everything needed for preparing meals at home, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating for casual dining.

Step outside onto the spacious balcony surrounded by lush greenery and mature live oaks, where you can enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply take in the peaceful Seabrook Island setting. Whether you are planning a beach vacation, golf retreat, or relaxing escape, 113 High Hammock Villas offers a comfortable home base close to everything Seabrook Island has to offer. Thoughtfully equipped for traveling families, the villa also includes a portable crib and high chair for added convenience.

Sleeping accommodations at 113 High Hammock Villas include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a beautifully updated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and convenient access to the full hall bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for families or small groups.

High Hammock Villas are located on the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddleboarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access is Included! Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access is required to enter the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: Two (2) small dogs with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. each is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.

Parking: Off-street parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 2
