In the middle of the night 1:35am we woke to a terrible thumping noise. We thought it was someone beating on the door but then thought it must be next door, then realized it was coming from our sink vanity area. Upon examination there was cold air coming from behind the mirror there also. Putting our phone up behind the mirror we saw that there was a big 12"x10" hole in the sheet rock to the pipes and insulation with air coming from we suppose the outside and blowing up the wall. We wedged a washcloth under the corner of the mirror to stop its banging on the wall. But shortly the noise started again. It was intermittent and very annoying keeping us awake for quite a while. We reported it to the front desk the next morning and they seemed unconcerned, just asking what room we were in. No apologies no we'll get on it to fix it, nothing. Then we went in to breakfast which went from 7-9 and found nothing in one of the serving dishes, 3 sausages in one and 1 biscuit in another. There was no milk for cereal which we asked about and the breakfast person went by us and in and out of the supply kitchen area with no comment or resupply. She never checked on the food or even walked out into the breakfast area. She had on stained clothes and left the building out the back door and returned once. The juice machine had an out of order sign on one juice. I tried to get orange juice and it spewed a foot out from the machine and all over the floor and onto me. No employees cared.
