"We really love it and have stayed often. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and have been carefully renovated in recent times. The view of the marina is constantly changing and the location is perfect for visiting restaurants and bars in the evening. Falmouth is a great place for visiting other areas of the island.

"We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. "The staff around the hotel was friendly and welcoming. My room was in a perfect location for a quiet and restful few days. The views around the resort were beautiful. Having the ability to go to Prickly Pear Beach from the shoreline was an added bonus. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the adult pool and beach. Overall, I came to Antigua to get away from the cold weather in New York and to relax, and The Hodges definitely helped me achieve both of those goals."

"We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff.
All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction.

"There are many good things to say about this hotel - primarily the beaches, the swimming pool and the really good service in the reception and the restaurant. For an all inclusive at this level the kitchen is not bad. However, the hotel could do with a makeover almost everywhere - broken tiles, beach beds and toilet seats. The management should use some of their enthusiasm on giving the hotel a needed face lift."
