"Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. I understand that the location, especially being close to the casino, likely drives up the rates, but it still didn’t feel like a great value overall. The biggest issue for us was the noise. "While the rooms were nice for a double bed room, my biggest issue is there, listed as an amenity, is free WiFi. I chose this hotel based on this being a chain I use frequently, distance from where we needed & things to do, & my need for internet as I am a teacher & in Grad school. Instead, every 5-10 minutes (I have videos) I would be actively using the internet & it would stop working, I would go to WiFi settings & I was connected but it said “no internet”.
